DELIVERY/SHIPPING FAQ's

 

Where do you deliver meals?

Koda's Fit Kitchen currently delivers locally to Columbia, MO & surrounding areas of Ashland, Hallsville, Harrisburg, 

Sturgeon, and Centralia. To see if we deliver to your address, go to checkout, enter your address, and if there is a delivery option available to select during checkout, we will deliver to that address.

How much does delivery cost?

Local delivery fee is $5.00, and is waived with purchases of $100 or more.

What are your delivery dates?

Currently, we deliver all orders on Monday between 8 AM - 5 PM.

What if I have special delivery instructions/requests?

If you have a suite number or gate/security code, you can leave it in the "notes" section during checkout.

 

Is it safe to deliver meals if I'm not home?

At Koda's Fit Kitchen, food safety is our top priority. That is why all of our meals are made in a commercial inspected facility under the highest standards of safety and cleanliness. However, food safety does not stop at the kitchen.  To ensure that our meals reach you safely we deliver our meals in insulated liners/boxes with enough gel ice to keep your meals under 40 degrees at least 3 hours after they are delivered.  The gel packs may be partially thawed upon delivery, however, if your meals are cool to the touch they are good to eat or store in the fridge until their "best by" date. 

 

Is the packaging recyclable?

Our shipping boxes, cardboard sleeves, and meal containers, and are all recyclable. 

We love it when our customers return their ice packs and insulated liners each week for us to sanitize and re-use.

Order Modification and Cancellation

Orders must be placed by 12 PM central time on Friday to be delivered the following. Orders must be cancelled or modified by 12 PM central time on the Friday prior to their delivery. If you need to modify or place your order late and would still like Monday delivery, reach out to us at info@kodasfitkitchen.com to see if we can accommodate.
